The Carew
The Carew has been designed to give ultimate flexibility for small, long and thin garden spaces often found in cities.
Its corner glazing feature allows the Carew Modus 15 to be configure in a portrait layout giving a large working area but suitable for narrow width gardens. The full height side window creates maximum light and can be configured left and right to take advantage of the suns position in the garden.

What’s included in our kits
We will supply everything you need to build your new space.
Shell kit
All Shell kit packages includes the following as standard:
- 100mm machined SIPs panels for floor and walls, includes all window and door openings which are numbered and labelled for easy reference with our installation instructions and “How to” guides.
- 150mm machined SIPs and ready to assemble roof sections.
- All connecting timbers, sole plates, wall plates using treated timber.
- Screws, nails and connecting bolts.
- Polyurethane glue, expanding foam and applicator gun.
- Damp proof membrane
- External breather membrane
- External timber battens.
- EDPM rubber roof kit, including trim
- Packaging, delivery and detailed installation instructions
Shell Enhanced kit
As well as all of the items listed in the ‘shell’ package, the shell enhanced includes:
- Windows and doors, double glazed, with a choice of black, grey or white powder-coated aluminium frames.
- External, larch cladding (can be fitted horizontal or vertical) and fixings.
- All window and door trims.

Two year warranty
All our buildings come complete with our own structural warranty covering the fabric of the building against faults and defects for a full two years from delivery.
Range of finishes
Our Shell package comes ready for your own cladding and windows, Shell enhanced comes with our own larch timber cladding and UPPC coloured windows and doors. Other options available.
Meets regulations
In most cases our buildings do not require planning permission and our home extension and new build kits meet current building regulations and warranty specifications such
as LABC.
