What are SIPs?
Our modular buildings are made from highly insulated, Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs), designed to keep you warm in winter and cool in summer.
A SIPs building is highly insulated and airtight, meaning that energy bills are greatly reduced over buildings that are made using traditional construction methods.

The manufacture of SIPs panels is more environmentally sustainable, their highly insulated properties mean less heating and cooling of your outdoor space, resulting in less energy consumption and less CO2 emissions.

Our buildings are manufactured with low maintenance in mind. The SIPs panels are lightweight yet strong and will withstand the extremes of our British weather. Our UK manufactured materials comply with BS and EN standards for residential construction materials and are compliant with structural building warranties such as LABC.
The quickest solution for extra space.
Whether you are buying a kit or a full installation; all of our buildings are shipped only after pre-building in our workshop, saving time and labour in construction on-site. We typically ship our kits, 6-8 weeks after confirming the order.
Self-build or full design & installation
Our experienced team is available to design & install your extension or building. Or, for self-builders, we supply kits as a flat-packed shell, with simple yet detailed installation instructions, direct to you. Helpful telephone support is on hand in the unlikely event you will need it.

Two year warranty
All our buildings come complete with our own structural warranty covering the fabric of the building against faults and defects for a full two years from delivery.
Range of finishes
Our Shell package comes ready for your own cladding and windows, Shell enhanced comes with our own larch timber cladding and UPPC coloured windows and doors. Other options available.
Meets regulations
In most cases our buildings do not require planning permission and our home extension and new build kits meet current building regulations and warranty specifications such
as LABC.
