Send us your architects plans
Most projects big or small can be tailored to take advantage of SIPs construction be it an open plan grand design or a modest single storey extension to add valuable extra space.
Whatever stage your project plans are at, from initial thoughts to approved detailed plans get in touch because we can help. We can work from your own drawings and plans, right through to detailed 3D designs from your architect.
Projects are not usually designed with SIPs construction in mind but they can easily be adapted to suit a modular construction in SIPs panels, taking advantage of reduced cost and construction time without compromising on the integrity of the structure.
We turn into SIPs GA drawings and provide a quote
Our SIPs kits are designed to be simple and easy to erect, considering site conditions, access, workforce, and equipment available onsite.
All this planning begins at an early stage in the process. We can tailor the kit into multiple component parts, from whole wall sections – which would need a crane to erect, down to single panels that can be easily moved and installed by two people with minimal equipment and tools.
Our experienced team will take your architect plans and produce a SIPS General Arrangement drawing, that will show you your SIPs building in 3D, allowing you to visualise how the rooms come together from a single panel to whole roof sections.
This drawing will be used to provide a detailed quote specific to your build, covering all aspects of the project, from delivery to support required during the build and building regulations process.
On approval we’ll start construction in our workshop
Once you have approved your plans and secured your production slot, we can usually fulfil your order and deliver to site in the UK within 6 weeks.
We hold sufficient stock of pre-manufactured panels in all sizes that can be picked, machined, and fabricated into your bespoke project at our facility in southwest Wales.
Our team has years of experience working on our own turnkey SIPs projects and efficiently pre-erect the panels before packing. They understand the importance of how that attention to detail in the workshop translates to a fast and efficient build on-site.
We deliver and build on-site
Prior to despatch, we will confirm that you are ready for your SIPs built home and arrange a delivery date.
Most projects can be erected in 1-2 days on preformed foundations making them water and wind proof in a very short period, allowing other trades onsite to continue with your build while the exterior is completed.
Access to our support at every stage of your build, with detailed installation instructions and handy how to guides available. One of our trained installers is available on the end of a phone and can visit site to train and help trades at minimal additional cost.

In most cases our buildings do not require planning permission and our home extension and new build kits meet current building regulations and warranty specifications such
as LABC.
