The latest design software will transform your ideas, bringing them to life with detailed 3D rendered drawings so you can visualise what your outdoor space will look like when it arrives.
We build
We turn your design into a flat pack garden room kit in our factory in Southwest Wales.
We pre-assemble each one to ensure that all components fit together properly and that there’s nothing missing when it’s delivered to your door.
State of the art machinery, combined with our trained, skilled personnel, a strict quality management system and detailed installation instructions means that your garden room assembly will be as easy as can be.
We pack
After extensive quality checking, each component is clearly labelled and securely wrapped before loading on to pallets to be delivered to your door.
Waterproof packaging will ensure your garden office reaches you in good condition and can withstand limited storage onsite before being assembled.
We deliver
Detailed delivery arrangements will be discussed with you prior to accepting your order, ensuring that kerbside delivery can be made easily.
The delivery cost of you flat pack garden room will be calculated at the time of your order, as well as an estimated delivery date.
Depending where you are on the UK Mainland, delivery will be undertaken by our own team or trusted specialist haulier.

Following our detailed instructions, installation of your modular building will be a satisfying and enjoyable process but in the unlikely event of any issues along the way, our experienced team are only a phone call away to answer any questions you might have.

Two year warranty
All our buildings come complete with our own structural warranty covering the fabric of the building against faults and defects for a full two years from delivery.
Range of finishes
Our Shell package comes ready for your own cladding and windows, Shell enhanced comes with our own larch timber cladding and UPPC coloured windows and doors. Other options available.
Meets regulations
In most cases our buildings do not require planning permission and our home extension and new build kits meet current building regulations and warranty specifications such
as LABC.
